4. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check if your country is eligible at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times for international shipments can vary depending on the destination.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at care@precizd.com 
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We may request photos of any damaged goods as part of the claims process.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we aim to process it quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been shipped.
  • If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
